Amazing Service from Chris at Moss Bros Manchester. Took the time to give us every bit of style advice on how to dress for our occasion. Fitted the suits perfectly and searched through all the stores options to match the fit. If we needed the suits the next day delivery, the could be ordered! We ended up buying 3 full suits, shirts, ties and shoes! They gave everything you need and are very attentive. Would highly recommend Chris again 5 star service experience!

Amazing service from Mark and Callum. Went to get a suit altered as my husband had lost weight. They changed the the suit ( we didn’t expect that) but trousers still needed altering. They did a superb job and he can now attend our sons wedding with confidence. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mark today for helping with my son's best man's suit fitting. He was super helpful as my lad was only in the country for a few days, and the suits have actually been hired from Southampton, as the wedding is down South. All the information was readily available on their central computer system, and it was a very useful visit. Mark didn't mind at all that we are not picking the suit up in Manchester, and found all the pieces easily in the correct size and style for my son to try on.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and the shop was full! But Chris took the time to talk us through all the options available - he had amazing product knowledge, patience and was always on hand to give his opinion and expertise. A very very personable and professional guy - a real standout, and I bought a great suit!

Recently purchased my wedding suit from Moss and I usually don’t post reviews but the service I received deserves mentioning. Max was fantastic in helping me choose my custom made suit and choosing the finer details, gave great advice but didn’t make me feel pressured. The suit turned out exactly as I wanted it to and I can’t recommend this enough to any else looking for this service. Thanks again.

I just left Moss Bross having hired a tux for a wedding. Will who looked after me was PHENOMENAL. Charming and hilarious he made the whole experience, which I had very much not been looking forward to, a total delight. He was quick, knowledgeable and meticulous making sure everything was perfect for me. A genuine ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ retail experience. I will definitely be back for all my suit/tuxedo needs!

Gio the store manager is camp racist rude and exhibits racial biased behaviour. Gio made me feel really uncomfortable and they never have correct sizes in store...I noticed another disappointed customer whilst in there too. Gio is very spiteful and full of hate
